Adwords Agreement

General: The Client and Get Me Leads Ltd need a verbal or written agreement before an order can be accepted. Verbal agreements can take place in person or via the telephone. Written agreements can be in the form of emails, letters or a Get Me Leads Ltd contract. Contracts must be signed by both the Client and a Get Me Leads Ltd representative.


Mistakes: Get Me Leads Ltd are not responsible for any mistakes we publish.


Loss and Damages: Get Me Leads Ltd cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage resulting from anything we publish.


Guarantees: Get Me Leads Ltd does not offer guarantees of response with regard to online advertising or marketing materials purchased through Get Me Leads Ltd.


Submitted information:  Get Me Leads Ltd cannot be held responsible for the factual accuracy of any information submitted by the Client. Get Me Leads Ltd will not publish anything we consider to be in breach of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988. The Client is responsible for any copyright infringement on information they submit to Get Me Leads Ltd.


Set-Up: Get Me Leads Ltd reserves the right to charge a set-up fee for all campaigns. A set-up fee will be agreed in principal before a campaign begins.


Recommendation Schemes: Get Me Leads Ltd has the right to withdraw or change any recommendation scheme when it deems it necessary.

 

Time Scales:  Although time scales may be discussed in principle, Get Me Leads Ltd does not offer guaranteed completion dates for any work undertaken. Get Me Leads Ltd cannot be held responsible and does not offer compensation of any kind for any loss of earnings or costs incurred by the Client due to the time-scale of a project.


Amendments: Get Me Leads Ltd reserves the right to apply a charge for any amendments to work published.  It is at the discretion of Get Me Leads Ltd as to when to apply this charge.


Campaign Performance: is set up to the industry standard at the time of booking. Get Me Leads Ltd cannot be held responsible for any reduction in quality of performance.  We do not offer guaranteed rankings on search engines, and do not offer compensation of any kind if the Client’s desired position on a search engine is not reached or maintained.


Privacy: Get Me Leads Ltd doesn’t share any information with third parties without the express consent of the Client.


Contract: All new campaigns require the Client to commit to an initial 3 or 6 month contract. The Client has a 7-day cooling off period during which time they may terminate their contract, but will be liable for any costs incurred during the period. Beyond the cooling off period the Client is committed to making monthly payments of an agreed amount to Get Me Leads Ltd and may not cancel their campaign during this time. After the initial 3 or 6 month period the contract automatically reverts to a rolling monthly contract, which the Client may cancel at any time.


Cancellations:  In order for the Client to cancel a rolling contract Get Me Leads Ltd requires the Client’s intent to cancel in writing, via email or letter. The Client will then be sent a cancellation notice which must be sent back to Get Me Leads Ltd before their next payment date. Get Me Leads Ltd requires at least 30 days’ notice of any cancellation.  Get Me Leads Ltd will not accept cancellations during the initial 3 or 6 month contract of a new campaign beyond the 7-day cooling off period. Get Me Leads Ltd reserves the right to terminate a campaign at any time where the Client has breached the terms and conditions of their campaign. The Client may cancel their campaign at any point beyond their initial 3 or 6 month contract. In the case of a cancellation Get Me Leads Ltd keeps details of the Client’s campaign account for 90 days before it is removed from the system. Should the Client return after 90 days Get Me Leads Ltd reserves the right to apply a set-up fee.


Payments: For the initial 3 or 6 month contracted period, payments from the Client are made monthly via World Pay Future Pay. Payments are set to an amount agreed by both Get Me Leads Ltd and the Client. World Pay Future Pay is not a direct debit. Beyond the initial 3 or 6 month contract the Client’s campaign automatically switches over to a rolling contract, at which point the Client may continue making monthly payments via World Pay Future Pay or may make individual monthly payments via BACS or by credit or debit card on Get Me Leads Ltd’s World Pay Virtual Terminal. Payment cards accepted are as follows: VISA, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO & JCB


Refund Policy: Get Me Leads Ltd is not obliged to offer refunds or compensation of any kind on advertising services purchased through Get Me Leads Ltd.  The Client is entitled to a 7-day cooling off period from the point of committing to any contract taken out with Get Me Leads Ltd, but will be accountable for any charges incurred within these 7 days.


Get Me Leads Ltd is not responsible for any disputes between the Client and the Client’s customers. All disputes between the Client and their customers regarding a campaign purchased through Get Me Leads Ltd are the responsibility of the Client.


Get Me Leads Ltd is not responsible for any direct, indirect, special, exemplary or consequential damages stemming from the use of or performance of a campaign purchased through Get Me Leads Ltd,  or from any information, products or services promoted by the Client’s campaign.
